Mr. Rajeeva Bandaranaike is the Chief Executive Officer of the Colombo Stock Exchange. He has served in a senior
management capacity at the Stock Exchange in Trading, Clearing and Settlement, Branch
Development, Marketing, Human Resources and has led several market development initiatives and counts over
25 years at the Stock Exchange. He has also served as the Chief Executive officer of two listed companies and
counts a total of 30 years’ experience in financial services.

Mr. Bandaranaike holds a Degree in Law (LLB) from the Open University of Sri Lanka, a Master’s in Business
Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the Stock Broker Certification from the Securities Institute of Australia.
